ARTS MEET DEI, LLC.

Arts Imbued Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Driving Justice for Future Generations

THE PROSPECTUS

Arts Meet DEI, LLC. offers a unique DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training experience that speaks to the intellectual and emotional intelligence of individuals as we approach the second quarter of the twenty-first century, 2025, and beyond.

Arts Meet DEI, LLC. is building a dynamic consortium of DEI professionals and cultural artists to present a two-part DEI training seminar that seeks to reach the whole person.

Part One is the logical training design with focus on the history, purpose, and language of the field of DEI. Part One is a left-brain focus that seeks to foster intellectual Intelligence.

Part Two is the artistic performance design that will illumine how systemic injustice has been expressed throughout history, creating suffering for marginalized individuals/groups. Part Two is a right-brain focus that seeks to foster emotional intelligence by speaking directly to the heart and soul.

ARTS MEET DEI, LLC. IS PREMISED UPON TWO AXIOMS:

  1. To provide the most effective, lasting learning experience, and effect change at the deepest level, the training must speak to the whole person -- the left brain and the right brain -- in a non-biased, non-judgmental manner that honors diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  2. The creation of a new and healthier way of life must never emulate the old way of life.

Arts Meet DEI, LLC. is created to plant and cultivate new seeds for a healthier and more just future.  The training is geared toward a holistic delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion training on a local level. with a keen vision toward a national and, eventually, global level by 2025.

Dancing Hands

"Imagine a world
where we can love
not be afraid to love
where we know eternal bliss
and share that bliss
with all whom we encounter
in this gift of time
and space
called
life"
